Final Fantasy XII Walkthrough - The Ozmone Plain & Jahara

The Ozmone Plain
I strongly suggest keeping engagements to a minimum while you're here. The enemies are so much more powerful, so getting lost on your way to the Garif village is not a good thing.

Now from the starting point (Field of Fallen Wings), head south for the exit to The Switchback. In this area, take the southeast exit to the Haulo Green. From there, make your way around to the northwest exit to reach Jahara.

Jahara - Land of the Garif

Equipments: Bowgun, Onion Bolts
Buy some maps from the Cartographer moogle, and save your game. Talk to the Garif Warrior by the bridge afterwards. Head inside the village, and go look for high chief Zayalu. Speak with him to receive a JAYA STICK. You've been asked to take the said item to the war-chief, so head northwest and you should find him by the bridge.

Hand over the stick, then tell him you wish to meet the great chief. Continue on to the next area. Move forward a bit for some cut-scenes. Larsa will rejoin your party afterwards. You'll also receive a BOWGUN & ONION BOLTS from Supinelu. Save your game, then talk to Gurdy, the flying moogle to hire a chocobo if you want.

Ozmone Plains
It will be a peaceful trip if you hired a chocobo earlier. But remember that you can only ride it for 3 minutes. Press X to sprint, and O to dismount. Though I recommend that you go on foot instead, if you managed to buy some new equipments. The enemies here give plenty of experience points, and at the same time, Larsa's presence makes the battles a lot easier.

Make your way eastward until you reach the Sunlit Path. Once you regain control after the cut-scene, save your game and proceed to the next area.
